To control the number of visitors on the site at any one time tickets must be booked and paid for online in advance whenever possible. Tickets can ONLY be used for the date and session shown on the ticket, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Access to some activities on site could be restricted to comply with social distancing rules. In the event of cancellation of an event due to Covid-19 rules being changed by the Government ticket costs will be refunded to those who have pre-booked in advance.
Tickets are emailed to the buyer as soon as the online purchase completes and can be produced at the entrance either in print or on your smart phone. Please check your junk mail folder if not received. The barcode must be scannable at the entrance, as well as the full ticket details showing, so please ensure you download any images on the email.
The entrance price gives you access to all of our activities that are open other than the mini-digger and quad karts which are coin operated and cost £1 per-ride. Skates are provided for use on the skating rink at no cost but a small optional charge is made for the loan of elbow and knee safety pads. Spooky World attractions are NOT open to visitors to Apple Jack’s Adventure Farm – that is a separate event run by a different company. Car and coach parking is free to ticket-buying visitors for the duration of your visit. There are restrictions on using the car park as shown at our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section.
There are covered areas on the farm and gravel/tarmac pathways however in wet weather you would be wise to bring your wellies and a pac-a-mac with you. See our Poor Weather plans. The Massive Maize Maze does not open until late in July; access could be restricted to the maize maze depending on the Covid-19 Coronavirus rules in place at the time. There is a smaller wooden maze on site that children can also enjoy.
This attraction is located on a working crop farm and although it is not an animal farm we cannot allow dogs on site (except for registered help dogs). Note it is NOT a petting zoo nor a children’s farm. There is lots of helpful information at our FAQs page.
Make sure you choose the correct ticket type, quantity, date and session time as tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, swapped or exchanged after they have been purchased! Refunds are given only in accordance with statutory regulations in the event of the event being cancelled, rescheduled, or moved to a different location. The Citizens Advice website provides information on consumer rights when purchasing an event ticket. This is to help keep costs down for you by reducing admin costs, and to help prevent fraudulent sale of cancelled or exchanged tickets, so choose carefully! Tickets can ONLY be used for the date and session shown on the ticket.
Special offers are only available by booking online in advance of the visit. Any and all special offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn from sale for any day at any time. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. If you are lucky enough to have a discount code it can be input at the payments page. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Discount codes cannot be applied to tickets types marked with an asterisk (*).
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a ticket paying parent or adult guardian.
